Create Custom Lessons and Timed Tests (Teacher)

Pro-Tip 1: When you create custom lessons or timed tests, these will be visible to your entire class. 

Pro-Tip 2: If your students can't see the Custom Lesson/s that you created, make sure that the lessons are enabled. Go to your class > settings > lessons tab > check the box next to the custom lesson to enable it > save all changes. Then, have the students log out and log back in to see the changes. 

Pro Tip 3: If you create a Custom Test, your students will be able to see it under "Custom Lessons" on the Lessons page and not on the Tests page. 

Pro Tip 4: We suggest that you break the lesson into multiple screens. This has the added benefit of breaking up the monotony for the student as well.

Let’s get started. 

Step 1: Log in to your Teacher Portal HERE.

Step 2: Hover over the plus sign icon on the top right corner and click "Create a Custom Lesson/Test"

Step 3: Enter the required information and then click “Save."

Step 4: When your students log in, they should be able to see the lesson/s you just created. If they were already logged in, they will need to log out and log back in to see them.

Pro-Tip 5: In the Curriculum page, you can view the content of any lesson or timed test (yours or the program's) at any time by clicking the “View” button. However, you can Edit (pencil icon) or Delete (trash icon) only your custom lessons and tests.
