How to Ensure Student Progress is Visible in Your Teacher Portal
We know how important it is for you to track your students' progress on Typing.com. If you're not seeing a student's activity in your teacher portal, here are some simple and positive steps to resolve the issue:
Encourage Students to Log In: While students can complete lessons without logging in, their progress won't be saved. Remind your students to log in before they start their lessons. This way, their hard work will be recorded, and you can easily monitor their progress.
Check for Duplicate Accounts: Sometimes, students might accidentally create duplicate accounts. If a student’s progress isn’t showing up, they might be using an account not linked to your teacher account. Here’s what to do:
- Go to your teacher account and create a new class.
- Share the self-join link for this class with the student.
- Have the student use this link to add their duplicate account to your class.
By following these steps, you'll be able to see the student’s progress and activity in your teacher portal.
