My Students Can't Enter Their Names

Teachers need to change the settings of the class and allow students to change their personal information.

Pro-Tip: - After saving the changes, ask your students to log out and log back in. 

- If your students log in with Google, they won't be able to change their names. Instead, they'll have to change their name under their Google settings. 

Let’s get started. 

Step 1: Log in to your Teacher Portal HERE.

Step 2: Click on “My Classes” 

Step 3: Select the name of the class and click "Edit"

Step 4: Click on the “General Options” tab.

Step 5: Now, uncheck “Disable account changes” and click “Save all changes”
