Remove Students From Your Class Without Deleting Them (Teacher)

Pro-Tip: By unlinking a student account, you’ll remove the student from your class. The student that owns the account is free to join another class at any time and s/he won't lose his/her progress.

Let’s get started. 

Step 1: Log in to your Teacher Portal HERE.

Step 2: Click on “My Classes”

Step 3: Select the name of the class containing the student/s you’re going to unlink. You may also use the search bar to locate a student.

Step 4: Once inside your class page, you can select one student, a few, or all of them by selecting the white box to the left of the username/name.

Step 5: Once you have selected the student/s, click on "Bulk Actions" and select "Unlink" from the dropdown menu.

Step 6: A dialog box will pop up asking you to confirm your decision to unlink students. You'll have to enter the word “CONFIRM” and then click the button that reads “Unlink Students.”
