I can’t change the name of a class
If you find that you're unable to change the name of your class, it’s likely because your classes are synced through Google, Clever, Microsoft Teams, or ClassLink. No worries—here’s what you can do:
- Identify the Data Manager: Reach out to the person responsible for managing your data sync with Typing.com. This usually is your IT administrator.
- Request the Change: Once you know who to contact, simply ask them to update the class name for you. They have the necessary permissions to make these changes.
Celebrate Your Updated Class Name: Once the IT administrator updates the class name, you’ll see the changes reflected on Typing.com after the nightly sync. Enjoy your newly named class!
