Reset Student Progress (Teacher)

Pro-Tip: The Reset Progress feature allows you to reset a student's whole account progress back to 0%. The feature will not reset any achievements, badges or stars earned. The student's WPM and accuracy averages will also remain as they were. You also have the ability to reset progress for individual lessons by visiting the student's profile > find the lesson that you want to reset > click the trash icon on the right side. See image below.

Reset Account Progress

Step 1: Log in to your Teacher Portal HERE.

Step 2: Click on “My Classes” 

Step 3: Select the name of the class with the student/s for whom you wish to reset account progress.

Step 4: Once inside your class page you can select a single student, a few, or all of them by clicking the white box to the left of "First Name" and below the “Bulk Actions” button. Then, click “Bulk Actions” and select “Reset Progress” from the dropdown menu. 

Step 5: A dialog box will pop up and ask you to enter the word “CONFIRM.” Then click “Reset Progress.”
