Is Your Class Paused?

Are your students seeing a "Paused" message when trying to log in?

Let's get your class back on track!


Class Status: Teachers have the flexibility to set their classes to "Paused," "Active," or "Active During Set Times." When a class is "Paused," students won’t be able to log in until the class status is changed to "Active."


How to Change Class Status:

Log into Your Account:

Go to the 'Classes' tab.

Access Class Settings:

Click on the edit icon (pencil symbol) next to the class you want to update.

Navigate to Advanced Options:

In the class settings box, click on the 'Advanced Options' tab.

Update Class Status:

Head to the 'Class Status' section and use the drop-down menu to select "Active" or "Active During Set Times."


Save Your Changes:

Click 'Save All Changes' to finalize the update.


Active During Set Times:

  • If you choose this option, specify the days and times the class should be active.

Pro Tip: Ensure your account is set to the correct time zone. You can click on 'Change your timezone here' in your class settings. Or head to the account tab by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner and scroll down to the 'Time Zone' field. Click 'Update Personal Info' to save your settings.
