Sync With Microsoft Teams (Teacher)

Typing.com now integrates with Microsoft Teams for Education! This incredible new feature makes sign-on, class management, and data syncing a breeze. When signing in with your Microsoft account be sure you are logging in with your school or educational email— not your personal!

Let’s get started

Step 1: Log in to your teacher’s portal HERE. (Make sure to click “Log in with Microsoft”)

Step 2: Click on “My Classes”

Step 3: Next click “Sync with Microsoft”

Step 4: A window will open with all of your Microsoft classes. You should select only the classes that you want synced. Then click “Sync Selected Classes.” 

Removing Classes Synced With Microsoft Teams 

Step 1: Log in to your teacher’s portal HERE. (Make sure you use the “Log in with Microsoft” button).

Step 2: Click on “My Classes” 

Step 3: Next click the button that reads “Sync with Microsoft”

Step 4: A window will open with all of your Google Classroom classes. Uncheck the classes you want to remove (make sure they turn red) and then click “Sync Selected Classes.”

That’s it. Now you know how to sync your classes with Microsoft Teams. 😊
