I Can't See My Students' Names (Not Set)
If you're rostering your classes via Clever SSO, there might be instances when your students won't have a name. Instead, you'll see a long ID or the words "Not Set"
Do not panic. We can re-sync your account, and that'll fix the problem.
Send us an email at support@typing.com and we'll be happy to re-sync your account. Once your account re-syncs, you'll be able to see the students' names.
