I Can't See My Students' Names (Not Set)
If you're rostering your classes via Clever SSO, you might occasionally notice that some students' names appear as a long ID or "Not Set." No worries—this is a simple fix.
First, there's no need to panic. This issue can be easily resolved with a quick re-sync of your account. All you need to do is send us an email at support@typing.com, and we'll take care of the rest. Please note that it takes about 24 hours for the re-sync to happen. Once your account is re-synced, you’ll be able to see your students' names properly.
