Recover Your Password (Student)

If you forgot your password, by the end of this article you'll be able to recover it. 

Pro-Tip 1: You can recover your password only if you entered an email at the time you created your account. If you did not include an email and you're not part of a class or using Google SSO, you will need to contact support to reset your password.

Pro-Tip 2: If your student account is part of a class, please ask your instructor to provide you with your password or reset it for you.

Pro-Tip 3: If you created your account using Google SSO, you will have to reset your password using Google's "Forgot password" procedure.

Let’s get started.

Step 1: Go to the login page here.

Step 2: Click “Forgot your login info?”

Step 3: On the new page, enter the email address you used at the time you created your account and then click “Send Password Reset Email.”

Step 4: After a few minutes, check your email. You'll have a message in your inbox or Spam folder with instructions on how to reset your password.
